Acknowledgement of Risk And Release of Liability
1) There is a possibility of accidents occurring during 'Dolmenge Climbing' activities and while using the facilities, which may result in injuries.
-I acknowledge and understand the risks involved, and I agree not to hold the facility responsible for any injuries or material losses caused by my negligence or the actions of others.
2) I agree to compensate for any damages to the facilities or equipment of the 'Dolmenge Climbing' facility.
3) I am responsible for any loss of valuables, wallets, electronic devices, etc., that are not deposited at the front desk.
4) I agree not to hold the owner or staff of the 'Dolmenge Climbing' facility legally responsible for any accidents resulting from the above actions and acknowledge that this agreement remains valid during any future use of the facility.
